Delete your Beltforce account

Fastest: delete it in the app

Open Beltforce → Profile → the gear icon → Delete account. It takes effect immediately, and you do not need to contact anyone.

If you can't open the app

Email us and we will delete it for you. Send the request from the address the account uses — that is how we confirm it is yours, and we will not delete an account on a request from a different address.

We complete these within 7 days of confirming the request.

What gets deleted

• —Your account, sign-in details and username
• —Every practitioner profile on the account, including photos
• —Belt ranks, stripe history and EXP
• —Class attendance and reservation records
• —Academy memberships

What we may keep

Only where the law or an academy's own bookkeeping requires it. Saying nothing here would be tidier, and untrue.

• —Records an academy must keep for its own accounting, such as an invoice already issued
• —Anonymised counts that cannot be traced back to you, such as how many people attended a class
